Collection Agencies

We went bankrupt at the end of march and today we have a lot of letter off different collection agencies for all of our accounts with Lloyds TSB and also a Voluntary repossession letter of C&G.
Should i contact the agencies and tell them were BR or leave it? Also am i right in thinking i should just leave the C&G letter as they said they were going to start proceedings to get it repossessed?

Llyods: Pass them on to your OR. You can write to the DCAs telling them to "get lost" if you feel you need to.
C&G: What do they want? You could do voluntary repossession as long as they don't want you to sign anything that says you are liable for a shortfall. Or you can just leave them to do it through the courts. Your call.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thanks for that, I will speak to the OR About Lloyds,
C&G Sent out the letter but it basically says we agree to any shortfall/fees incurred and these wont be included in the BR. I was not going to sign it just let them carry on but its cheeky what they have tried to do i think!B&SC - 3370 -
Cheeky? I suppose?
Then again, they aren't a charity and banks will always use whatever tactics they can to claw things back. You just have to be wise to them.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
