International companies (esp US)

Hello,

Does anyone know of companies that proactively offer their staff the opportunity to work in there other branches. Especially their administrative level staff?

I would like to have the opportunity to work abroad for a year or 2, and would like to the security of doing within a company I am already employed by.

Thank you

Susanna

I've not heard of any firms that do this for the more 'ordinary' level staff - only seniors. IT involves the firm in a lot of hassle and expense so why bother unless there's a real need for that person's experience in another country?

Do you have other languages? The EEC/EU recruits from all over Europe for jobs at all levels, but you need to be fluent in more than just English for most if not all, I think. Here's a link http://europa.eu/about-eu/working-eu-institutions/index_en.htm. Lots of opportunities there.

OU student: A103 , A215 , A316 all done. Currently A230 all leading to an English Literature degree.

Any advice given is as an individual, not as a representative of my firm.

Extremely unlikely that any employer would offer this to administrative level staff - what would be the benefit to the employer??
