Aplogies if this is in the wrong place.
Yeasr ago i had a chatoc lifestyle with finances to match. I never resolved the issue and this would have been 2001 to 05/06 (ish)
I've prvioulsy has a letter from Tower Investigations about a year ago and after doing some digging found out they were chasing debarred lloyds debt. Just wonder if this company may be doing the same thing.
The letter does not refer to the original letter, nor the amount due. Whqt can i do to try and get more info, other than clm them. I though i was cose to having all debts debarred and don't want any spaners in the works now.
Any advice is greatly appreciated

So just a "fishing" letter then.
Honestly, I would just ignore them until they can be bothered to write with proper details.
When (or more likely if) they do that, then you can take advice on what to do and respond in writing.
Either way, phoning them is not the way to go.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

i've had fishing letters before from tower investigations and nothing came of them, just ignore this lot for a while then?
i've not applied for any credit or utilises for years so god knows where they got my address, perhaps from old lloyds documentation?0 -
As said, if they are doing anything but "fishing" then they would have put proper details of the debt in the letter.
So I would ignore it until they can be bothered to write with full details.
Presumably some of the debts must be statute barred or coming up to it anyway?
