Valued Opinions upgraded site,logged in, but see another persons account details!!

OK VO have upgraded and I've logged in but I've got someone elses account in front off me instead of mine.:eek:There's only one account in my household so it's not that . I can see all his details,name address email everything and it's worrying me in case someone else can see mine!! :eek: I've contacted them to let them know and waiting for a reply but I was wondering has this happened to anyone else or just me?

by the it looks ok until you go tothe update your details section that's where you see it

Oh dear that doesn't sound good. I've just had a look and I only see my details. Hope they get it sorted out for you!

it's sorted at last my details are back thankfully but they didn't repy to my email yet, other than the auto reply thingy.

What I have found about VO is that some survey credit is not added and doesn't even show in the pending list. I did a survey today about FIFA games and the credit doesn't show. I will have to wait 28 days it seems which is stupid.

I've had error messages this week and been unable to access some surveys which is something I've not had before with Valued Opinions. Hope it settles down soon.
