Withdrawing Cash on Credit Cards - Alert

I've read a couple of recent posts whereby to make ends meet people have withdrawn cash on credit cards, then suddenly cards withdraw this facility/reduce credit limit. This happened to me with MBNA and was the decider for me finally getting help through Payplan.
