Just had a look. It doesn't say how long it can be kept for, but right beside the keep refrigerated bit it has the best before date of 12/08/11, so I assume once you keep it in the fridge it's ok until then??

(I hadn't realised it had to be kept in the fridge and left it on the counter overnight. Our kitchen is fairly cold, so I'm hoping for the best )
