The 'Price Promise' on receipts is meant for offers that are out of stock.

A lady I work with bought BOGOF nappies but they only had 1 pack left. CS gave her a 'Price Promise' till receipt. I picked up the second pack of nappies for her this week and just handed over the 'Price Promise' receipt as payment.

The new receipt generated detailed the cost of the nappies less the 'Price Promise' value = £0.00 to pay.

Incidently I input the new receipt details for her when I got home and delighted her by handing over a DTD voucher for £2.00:rotfl:

So, I think the CA has just picked the wrong code when they've punched in the DTD voucher.

(Hope that makes sense, it's getting late!)
  • sorry if this has already been covered:

I have a price check voucher which says i can redeem online and to hand the money off coupon to the delivery driver - but how to i get he figure off my tesco shopping?

Theres no voucher to enter at check out?

I'm on page 409 - catching up - does everyone know vouchers are now in? I'm probably late with the announcement!

    unconfirmed!

    Chicken Breast Fillets

    £5 per kg at ASDA
    £7.42 per kg at Tesco

If you bought 1KG, then you should get £4.84 DTD.

Net cost for 1KG of chicken breast would be £2.58! :j

Bung in a few profitable items and you'll get 'em for free! :j:j
