Mine are like that to, I had one that I have written off exceeding the £100 limit from end of march like that when I tried to re submit on a different e mail address, and just checked the one outstanding from Wednesday (first one of my sons, but he used a voucher I gave him) and 2 from yesterday, all say the same thing, yesterdays were input on new e mail addresses and had used a voucher from a previous e mail address.
The only email I have ever received is the exceeding the limit one on my e mail and Tesco were cheaper on my mums, have always had to re enter reciept details to get the vouchers, have also tried the re enter - back - submit method to no avail.

    Hi,
When i try re-entering my details I get the same message but i never used a voucher to pay for my shopping. i used cash. weird ....

No, I'm hanging on before I do mine - I want to see if any problems surface re todays delay. I might need to review my email addys!

Not sure if this link is going to work but just came across an interesting article on my Yahoo homepage "Can you really save 90% on food bills?"

    Oh yes.......

I phoned CS this morning as my receipts from Wednesday are still not in. They said although the claim is 36 hours they can take up to 5 days and that the volume they have been receiving has been huge so there may be a delay. If they have not been received after 5 days I have to call back. What a nuisance!
