I submited a reciept on saturday didnt get it yesterday and as some of the threads suggesting inputing the details again to see whats going on with it. I did that and got this message:

Which is the message as wen you first input the reciept so I thought I must have typed it in incorrectly. I have just tried the reciept again and got the same message?!!
