Ooo and uncle ben's rice (the only type I can cook without it going all sticky and gooey) would be great too!

Used to have this problem till i met my dh (ex chef) rinse your rice for at least 5min, longer if you can. leave to dry a little, pop a little oil in saucepan and fry rice for 2 min. Add boiling water so it just comes over top of rice (this is where most people go wrong, adding to much water) (i use stock) and just put a lid on it and simmer for no more than 15min. Turn off and just leave to sit with lid on for 20min. You then have perfect fluffy rice :)

We had the finest pizza for dinner the other night, half each, and both said we could have eaten a whole one each (the base is so thin, but perhaps we're greedy!) Anyway, went back the next day to get 2 more and I glanced at the calories and it was about 550 per half pizza

So even though it's free we gave it a miss - please Mr T can we have some free healthy things now?!

    I agree with this.

And NEVER EVER drain your rice, the rice should absorb the water. People look at me funny when I tell them this. I learned that from a friend who is from Barbados and she knows her stuff!
