Carling lager is currently on offer in T at £10.00 (was £12.19) for 12x440ml cans. Asda are doing 2 for £16.00. HOWEVER, I just noticed on mysupermarket that the offer expires tomorrow. So, assuming that the price goes back up to £12.19, from Monday the DTD looks like this:

    Carling (12x440ml cans) - BUY 2! T £24.38 A £16.00 DTD £16.76 Cost £7.62 (£3.81 per case or just under 32p per can!)

I think so too :) Plus reading it kills time while I wait for my flatmate to get home and drive us to Tesco!

    Hehe I love it :rotfl:

Beef you are looking for one with barcode thats on ss
    spend about £9
pork again code on ss but you are looking for a small piece thats going to cost about £9, I was shocked at what a rip off it would have been, spent ages looking for a big piece till i checked codes
lamb about £17 seems to be a good one , i have 4 in freezer
    hope this helps

Me too! It still lasted 2 meals for us as only 2 of us here but it's tiny for the price.

My fella is a plonker, lost a lovely receipt for 20 pot noodles yesterday:mad:

Most embarrassing moment had to be when the young SA shouted to her mate the shift Supervisor, 'eh how good is this she's found a great way to scam that price difference thingy'

Me red in the face, 'no no it's not a scam honestly'

DITTO I gave my hubby a £20 to buy some Wolf blas last night and he "didn't get a receipt" 1st time he has shopped with one and the last

For those waiting for vouchers from shops on Thursday or before

It seems there are a LOT of people who have input our receipt details on Thursday or earlier, and they are still showing as 'processing'

Tesco are supposed to be giving us our results within 36 hours. If they have a problem with their system and are falling short of this in large numbers, then they should be notifying customers via a notification on the website or by email.

I understand there will be small print in the terms and conditions that cover them for this. However, if this continues then it is something the Adevertising Standards Authority could be interested in. In their adverts they claim to provide a voucher for the double the difference.
Suddenly loosing hundreds (maybe thousands) of peoples vouchers is not acceptable, and would not impress the media.

I trust Tesco will be issuing tesco vouchers, as compensation to everyone whose receipt details their system is unable to check.

Myself and daughter did a shop on friday evening and I put the receipts both on my computer under different email addresses, she had tried to do hers on her computer but for some reason it wouldn't go through, kept saying put a different date, anyway we haven't had a voucher back yet and it is over 36 hours is this normal:(

I've been keeping an eye on this too. It looks like all the Tesco 2 for 16 offers end on the 17th. As long as Asda keep it going for a few days longer then there is a potential killing to be made. I've got my eye on some nice Kopparberg for the Summer

I have to get shopping delivered as I'm laid up with a broken foot.

Is this the correct leg of lamb?

I'm thinking of getting the £10.78 size.

That is the correct one, however I have only seen it in store for around £15 being the cheapest up to £22, hth

Thanks Lyndylou. Would you recommend getting the larger leg then?
