I went over the limit at the end of March but it didn't work when I resubmitted the receipt in April.

yes. haven't checked to see if the email has come through I just resubmitted the receipt and the voucher was there

yes. And no matter what address you originally entered, enter any email address with your receipt details and your voucher will pop up if it has been processed.
Shocking - again - on the part of Tesco.

It was my first yesterday and i had this and my numbers didn't match i went to cs b4 doing anything and they vouched that everything was fine and to shop away !!! hth

I have re-entered a receipt that I have got a voucher for about ten mins ago...now it comes up with the pending message instead of the voucher again.

Therefore I think it is hit and miss.. I am just going to keep putting in my outstanding ones and hope for the best.
