That is what I thought. Does anyone have any proof Customer Services have acknowledged that it is ok to use these vouchers that I can take with me as proof?

mum was turned away because of the 24 hour clock issue and told to phone clubcard ... complained to customer services. Seems clear the SA didnt know what the voucher actually was. Customer Services said they would send instruction to the store and gave me a reference number for the complaint if she has further problems. Howegver the customer services had to go and check it out and said she wasnt aware of an issue initially Asked for something in writing to avoid issue but they said there is nothing in writing for customers. They did say however to get the SA to phone there and then to customer services

Great thanks. It was someone called 'Rach' who refused my receipt, so avoid her!!! They have also started keeping the old receipts and putting them in the till along with the vouchers. Let me know how you get on! :j

C'mon vouchers, am dying to know if I got my dtd on the Fiano. Cocked up this morning. Paid cash £6 for a thorntons toffee egg, realised in the car park that it was no longer dtd :(. Trouble is the store never stocked the thorntons eggs and when I saw one I just had to get it. Worst of all they are on bogof and I of course picked 1 up do Tescos has £6 of my cash. Tomorrow I'll mostly be buying cornettos.

I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.
