Tesco/Asda Pricechecker Thread - part 4

I Just wondered if anyone has had any problems with the Cradley Heath store in the West Midlands. I had a voucher rudely refused last night due to being a '2' missing on the voucher (the receipt no and the voucher no did not tie up - or so I was told). Then I was told I had to call Head Office as Tesco had given the instructions that when this happened vouchers would be refused. I even had the Price Checker breakdown page printed out for them to see. The voucher was only for £8ish btw. I have called Tesco and complained and the complaint has been logged, but what do I now do with this voucher as they will not accept it?

Try it again at a different store?

You take it back and try again and tell them to call head office if there is an issue...

You could even offer to log on via computer in the store and print it out there.

I'm off to the Gadget show tomorrow so won't be able to go tomorrow either!

They came about half 3 last Sunday I think so hope not lost yet!

couple of notes for ss please!

treasure eggs are showing as 3 for £4 at mr t at the moment. (all varieties)

and carling (12 x 440ml) are showing at £10 a case in mr t, and £10 in mr a, with 2 for £16 in mr a. So if you bought 2 it would be

mr t 20
mr a 16
dtd 8
net 12


all taken from mysupermarket so not confirmed.
