Tesco/Asda Pricechecker Thread - part 4

eep! I almost pooped myself in tesco today, I bought 3 dettol handwashes and 4 packs of immodium using a voucher, the SA noticed the original receipt had hand wash and immodium on it and asked me if I was buying them again to get another voucher I said "pardon? no!" but could feel myself going bright red so obv I was lying She wrote down on a bit of till roll what I'd got and the price but not how many but put it through ok I'm praying I'm not in some kind of trouble now!

She's probably making her own list on what to get later

Sorry if anyone has posted this but just got back from T's and have'nt had time to catch up,but don't want anyone to get caught with this. My OXI 1.5kg self scanned at £3 instead of £12. So went back and bought 4 for the grand total of £12 and paid cash instead of £48:T

I am very happy that mine scanned at £12.00 this morning

She probably only wrote it down so as she knew what to get on her next shopping trip:rotfl:But seriously I wouldnt worry, T's know exactly what is happening, and can't stop you from buying the same items again. Personally I try and rotate my shopping so as I don't get any grief from having the same things on a new receipt. Just think of it as a learning curve and swap around what you are buying you'll be fine:)

Large fresh pineapple - £1.87 in Asda (£1.00 in Tesco)
Ultimate BBQ beef burgers 680g - £2.50 in Asda (£2.00 in Tesco)
Hovis original wheatgerm 400g - £0.66 in Asda (£0.54 in Tesco)

At least these were the items on my tesco receipt. Also you could prob get Ben and Jerry's ice cream as Asda compare against Morrisons too and it's only £2 there at the minute.

Confirmed: Walkers Sensations 150g £1.75 T v £1 A- £1.50 DTD = 25p net cost.

Morgans spiced rum, 700ml back up to £15.32 in Asda, so no DTD. *weeps*

Which flavour was confirmed on your voucher please?
Cherry and blackcurrant are still showing at £2 on Asda website.
