i had a really big row,all was fin until i produced my voucher TROUT tutted and huffed pressed her button and said i have to call this in (WHAT SHE THINK SHES THE POLICE DOES SHE) along came sa checked it and said its fine,as she handed it back TROUT SAID im so sick of these blimming vouchers i hope they stop doing them soon,sa replied oh yea dont you worry about that they will, she then walked of leaving me with TROUT i totally lost it and stuck my head over the counter and said do you really think you should talk like that in front of customers,reply...well im sick of it....i asked her for her surname told her i will complain to head office, and i shall be back for my public apology and a 10 pound voucher , she just pulled a face at me and refused to let me have her surname..by the way anyone shopping in lowestoft tesco be careful as they are now following the rule of calling sa for each voucher,TROUT tried to tell me all tescos are doing it the same way,i said well what are you all then a load of monkey that cant use there eyes to see if some numbers match.her name was miya by the way avoid her at all costs she was in her 50s,i then went on to great yarmouth feeling very angry and wound up and nervous that it would be the same there, but it wasnt and they were as nice as can be...........
If you want to complain to Head Office about this TROUT just give them the cashier number from your till receipt
If you read along the bottom of your receipt it goes
date / time / store number / till number / cashier/trout number / transaction number
When they contact the store they will be able to identify the TROUT and hopefully retrain her :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Does everyone only use one voucher per day is this right? So if I have two vouchers they must be spent on two different days?
This is what the T&C state but a lot of people are using more than one per day, whether it be at different stores or using one after another at the same checkout.A bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist0 -
I love how everyone refers to them as 'trouts' lol
I haven't got much yet, about 10 tins of salmon, 10 tunas, a few bottles of sun cream and aftersun, and a few bottles of deodorant - I'd like to see some photos of peoples hoardings, be entertaining!0 -

I haven't bought any today. Bought some yesterday though, and voucher comes back fine. Still on website at £1.63. Check in store. You can also ask one of the cashiers to do a 'price check'. They'll scan it for you. Just say Martin said.
Radox Clean And Moisturise Handwash 300Ml

this has just had me in proper hysterics of laughter.... :rotfl::rotfl:It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.

has anyone used the springburn or maryhill superstores in Glasgow, and how friendly were they when you used your vouchers if you managed?
You shouldn't worry about how they are going to receive you - these argument cases seem to be very rare - the few times I've given a voucher all has been well, and so are very kind.

Got my voucher today:D Everything came back as expected which was nice, got DD some of the ambre solaire sunscreen for holiday. So nice to get it for 1p as its expensive usually.
Did a quick shop before uni today, had a choice of 2 distinctly trout shaped ladies on the checkouts:eek: One i picked was ok if a little dour, said she had only seen one other DTD voucher so guess there arent many of us at my local:DThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0
