Hi this is my first post on this forum - i've been viewing for a few days now and checked out the excellent spreadsheet ( thanks to inventors) and did my first dtd shop last night - sent hubbie to one til and i did another! Any way we imputted our receipts and gpt back £15 and £17 each which is great but the numbers are not the same as receipt - the time is wrong 18.34 and 06:34 - but also the sec last column is missing the first 1 in each voucher and the first column after the time has an extra number

06:34 02407 002 011 0147

you'll be fine its an issue with tesco system, all receipts/vouchers have the same errors.

I was asked today to go to customer services so they could "check" my voucher. They phoned head office to verify but needed me to confirm my email address. If you are using multiple email address it may be an idea to write the email on the back of the receipt, just in case

You haven't done anything wrong, they are known 'errors' on the system they should take it but if you get a trouty trout then get them to phone head office and they'll confirm HTH
