for the person who asked about the pork...

    TESCO FRESH PORKLARGE LEG JOINT (1.232 kg) £ 7.37 £ 3.54 it is £5.98/kg

copy and paste the above into tesco website and the right one should come up. i dont know if there is a specific weight you need to buy, but i'm just gonna stick to around £7/£8 to be safe

oooh i forgot to say when i went in to tesco yesterday most of the legs of lamb that they had were on offer for £4.49 a kg so looks like the leg of lamb deal won't be worth getting for much longer....

yes I posted that last night the sa said she thought they had been put out in error?

Weekends are usually the time I catch up but DTD is in full swing at weekends. Just sent hubby out on his first DTD shop - gave him a voucher for £19.xx and told him to buy a vacuum packed NZ/British lamb leg as close to that price as possible (but slightly above it) at 8.98/kg and absolutely NOTHING else.

I hope he proves to be better at listening to me than other peoples OH's have been:)

Just searched this on Tesco and at the bottom of it it was recommending I buy Filippo mild and light :rotfl:

Does this mean Tesco want me to DTD lol

I'm not addicted. Really, I'M NOT.

My garage is like a shop. No more shelf room, resorting to stacking on the floor now. Both freezers and all cupboards/wardrobes full to bursting. Force feeding DH and both DS with lamb or beef dinners!

I'm off on holiday in three weeks, and have started coaching eldest DS on the policy. We've decided that I will do the research and make lists to email him. He will do the shopping, input the receipts and get the vouchers ready for the next shop.

I should have lots of goodies to come home to, if I can get him to do it right.

Me, addicted? who said that. LOL.;)
