My husband and i for the first ttime yesterday were really worried doing our dtd shop. He went off and got toothpaste and two bottles of wine while i had my cleaning products , coke list. we have now decided we are not going to do the £20 shops anymore and just do smaller ones for the items tesco are paying you to have. maybe split the shopping into three or something. this isnt good for my nerves hearing people have been shouted at , threatened to be banned and even police called. my other half is the police and he went a bit bonkers when i read that post to him. lost my nerve? yes i think i have a bit.

The batteries comment has been a bit misleading. Basically they all have batteries but the ones that didn't work had batteries visible in the packaging. The one you want has the barcode which is on the SS and the entire handle is a character.

yep knew i got the wrong one , i had batteries visable , so do i take it bk before my voucher comes through as i had coke on there to??

can i just say about the iams.....im not telling people not to buy it as i couldnt wait to get some but between me and my mum we have 8 dogs i gave some for mums dogs and i had some they hate it,really shocked me but they do.....of course this doesnt mean all dogs will but we do have 8 to test it on.

first time i tried i got wrong one dont want to do that again,i think really you should just take it as lesson learnt use whats left on voucher towards normal shop and start new voucher,too many returned items is risky for the dtd continuing plus i think they are now refusing or can refuse refunds and returns on dtd reciepts

I got the wrong one too but decided against taking it back because i dont want to draw attention to myself :cool:
Besides the fact my Grandaughter loves it and the right princess one is so ugly :rotfl:
