Not sure if mentioned, but the 2x Lavazza is now pricematched to Asda so no DTD there anymore.

Anyone confirm Wolf Blass Chardonnay as still available from yesterday as someone yesterday reckoned they got a N/A from Monday?

My Chardonnay was fine - got some more this morning!

Found Ariel stain remover in 2 different shelves - one priced £3 and one £4.55 ( £3 is what asda charges) I was using my voucher but not shopping for another one, needed it anyway and was interested to see what it would scan as. It did scan for £3 but perhaps one for others to look out for?
I shop in a huge store and I am still surprised at the lack of knowledge of the promotion. This time the woman at the till had no idea at all what the voucher was for. I told her it was dtd. Still made no impression on her. I then told her what to do with the voucher( I should get paid by that store for the amount of training I have done). She verified this with the next till person, who said she had had to deal with her first voucher yesterday. It was then that my server suddenly remembered all the banners they used to have and said-
"so that was what they for!"

Now its suddenly occured to me that tesco have actually decided not to tell any of their staff in the hope that they don't catch on and find the deals. Lets face it, it should be easy enough for them. Although a lot of us could look at a basket nowadays and tell you all the prices!!:rotfl:

I know people have been having trouble not being able to use a voucher because it has been written on, but I used one this morning where the supervisor circled the coupon amount and wrote price check underneath.

omg using a voucher twice ?

You are not saving the amount that is on the voucher, you are not up this amount of money! If you get a £20 voucher, you are up £10, not £20 (the first £10 is what you would have been up, had you shopped at asda). The same is if you get £100 vouchers in a month - you are up £50!. This of course is not a bad thing, but you should be aware of the correct amount so you don't end up spending more than you expected. Also be wary of the prices, unless DTD gives you the product for next to nothing (or pays you) it might still be cheaper to shop elsewhere!

Thats what my mum was saying yesterday :) she still finds it much cheaper to go round all her usual shops (Netto, iceland, sainsburys) stocking up whatever is on offer in each one and she doesnt have to spend time working out prices or use petrol to go to Tescos :)
:) If you see someone without a smile give them one of yours, :)

:) It wont cost you anything! :)
