Someone posted the CEO's email address here several times, I think it's philip.clark@tesco.co.uk. Is that right?

    I believe it's clarke.

I've just been into my local Tesco's. I only spent £5 on shopping but wanted to use my DD Voucher of £1.26 which expires in 3 days time. Attached to my voucher was my receipt. The girl on the till called the manager when I gave her the voucher and he refused it because the numbers on the voucher did not match the receipt. I looked at them and the only difference was the time on the receipt was 14.02 and on the voucher was 02.02.

All other numbers matched. I said to the manager look it's the time on the voucher it's 02.02 (am) when it should be 14.02 but he said he could not accept it and referred me to Customer Services. With wife and kids in the car waiting I didn't have time to do with this. I was really angry with the manager he showed no common sense. Is it worth complaining about?

They compared it for me about a fortnight ago but I've not tried since. I think the difference is greater now than when I bought it but if they compared then, they *should* compare now... HTH

Has this happened before and who would you complain to?
