Oh poo... just checked the email address I have input for the missing receipt from Sunday and have found THE EMAIL(over the limit) there :( anyone knows what to do? tried a different email address but still says processing :( wait until May or what's the solution?
  • Used my first DTD voucher yesterday for the value of £19.98. SA called over superviser to check my receipt and she said all was fine and put it through. SA then apologised and said they have to check them all as some people have been taking the mickey and only buying DTD items.

To which I replied "really, the cheek of some people?!?" and speedily retrieved my previous days receipt for only £16.93 and my new basket of DTD items which I paid only 31p for!!!

I hadn't received an email telling me todays vouchers are ready so thought I would go to price checker and reenter the details, rather than see my receipt or the 'This receipt is already being processed' message I got the message you see when you first submit, ie we will check and let you know blah blah (sorry can't remember wording).

Has anyone else experienced this, does this mean that when I submitted the vouchers (mine and a relatives) they did not get entered for some reason. This is annoying as I did a normal(ish) shop this morning and submitted my receipt for that already.

My brother had that yesterday i told him to try again and the 2nd time it popped up

When I've done shops for my gran I get the princes salmon, rack of lamb (both of which can bump up a voucher), teabags, cleaning things eg wipes as they are easy to use, magnums (who doesnt like these?) and some of the doves when they were on. Also roast potatoes and baby new potatoes.
