    To Whom I can complain:?
My experience today at other shop:

I had enormously unpleasant experience I had today at the customer service desk in Tesco ......... Extra, around 19:30 after I made my shopping and was overcharged for the 4 bottles of ARIEL EXCEL GEL WITH FEBREZE 18 WASH/667ML. I paid £4.50 for each of them at the counter however the shelf price was £3. For this reason I went to CS desk and told about the overcharge.
The CS assistant sent a colleague to get the price tag from the shelf and when she was back she gave me £3. I pointed out that I had bought 4 bottles of them not one, and she had my receipt in front of her. Then she said she has to call a duty manager because I was often seen here with overcharged items.
And then she asked me why I had bought 4 bottles? Why so many at once?
Because I do a lot of washing!?!
Let me ask you: is there a limit of items you can buy these days? It was a good price I thought therefore I bought more at once for the future. I didn’t have much money with me then, but if I had I could have bought a full trolley if I wanted. Do I have to ask Tesco permission to buy more then one?!
I was gutted at this point how she dared to tell me that I was coming here a lot with overcharged queries. It is Tesco who is misleading customers with the wrong prices. How many people were buying this item without even realising they’d been overcharged? Why should I be mistreated and interrogated by Tesco staff if I noticed Tesco’s mistake when I paid for my shopping?
So in other words what the assistant meant was that Tesco can trick you and steal your money as many times as it likes but you can come and query this once, not too often, otherwise there is a problem.
Eventually the duty manager came and asked me the same question: why did I buy 4 bottles exactly? I had to repeat all over again. I also added that I didn’t know that Tesco has a limited number of items that you are allowed to buy; apologised for coming over to CS desk so often to enquiry about the items that Tesco overcharged me again.
In these days we all try to save some money and I do check my receipt after I’ve done my shopping. And I do this thoroughly only because I and friends of mine have been overcharged a number of times.
After all this hassle and abusive behaviour from both CS assistant and the duty manager I finally got my money back but I was told that I would be watched. Is it me who did something wrong? How dare they say that to me in front of other people who stood in the queue behind me? What kind of customer service is that? I had been overcharged by Tesco, then accused of buying too much stuff as well as coming to the CS desk too often for the same reason.
I am very disappointed and upset with the way I was treated today. Therefore I will request a full apology from the CS assistant and the duty manager, because they had no right to abuse me like this and treat me like I was the villain here. Actually they should have thanked me that I came across with this issue so that they corrected the pricing and improved their reputation on labelling.

Nightmare! Which store was this, pm me if you don't want to say. I would definitely complain. I always check my receipt and I dare say that I have been to CS for DTD more often than most in my local store, but imagine how many others are being overcharged without even realising!!!!

I have introduced my brother to dtd'ing, it took a while but we have got their. He has got his friend into it in the last few days but neither has a printer so I print off their vouchers and they come and get them. Tonight they arrived to collect their vouchers with a little treat for me and a bunch of flowers for helping them.Ahhh, it made my night!!! Mind you they do phone me up in blind panic when their in T's and they are stuck for something to make up their voucher. They do make me laugh as the both walk around T's dress in Hi Viz gear as they go straight from work, hardly inconspicuous!!!!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

And how sweet of them to give you a gift to say thanks. :A
Yes - i sent a couple of vouchers and receipts to my daughter who is studying at uni 120 miles away. They accepted them in her local Mr T without question. As you can imagine she was chuffed to bits with them and is asking if I have anymore 'spare'!

I hope you sent them Special Delivery! :rotfl:

Right, one voucher still pending from yesterday but I am off now to spend the rest! Does anyone know how long the 1L Smirnoff rollback will last at Asda? xo

Seems strange that some are matching and some arn't, i guess i just got lucky. Out of interest what lamb leg did you purchase? I know mine was from new zealand and i could not match to any barcodes i had already seen so just picked one up on the off chance ready to write the voucher off.

It was a new zealand one also.

Annoyed though as was going to use this £20 voucher plus £5 cc voucher doubled up to £10 to get some stuff for the garden next time I was in Ts :(
