LOL Have to do a box of them in the morning when I walk the dog.

There is benefits to being up and about walking the dog at 0500!

Although its always a gamble incase Mr T or Mr A has changed prices overnight

    Regards

I think I am being far too sensible with my shopping - even the bacardi I bought today is for someone else. The kids do like the pancakes though - thank goodness!

Nooo! I just made a mistake! I used two vouchers on the same day. Has anyone else done this, am I better off entering the receipt tomorrow? Has anyone else entered two on the same day? If so, what happened?

    Many Thanks

Please dont panic you will be fine - just submit them - I have done more than one a day (both me and OH) and submitted - in fact yesterday day was one of those days - put in yesterday all came back today - used a DTD voucher on all too....

Mr T have been very generous in offering this DTD offer. Ok, they make billions a year, but all companies are like this. I actually think Tesco are a very reasonable company.

What I don't understand, is the risk people are creating by doing up to 15 shops per day. Why not just stick to the rules and stop being greedy. With this way, the price check may actually become permanent.

Sorry, but it's got no chance of becoming permanent. It'll be like the coupons where they used to take any, whether you bought the goods or not until people hammered it into the ground, photocopying and committing fraud. Tesco were forced to pull it. (The fact that T's shouldn't have been accepting them when customers weren't buying the goods, is another story!)

Might as well face facts that however much we say to people not to abuse it - people will and it will get pulled. So I'm very much of the view - enjoy it while it lasts and hammer it, cos it won't be around for very much longer, IMHO

Tesco haven't really thought it through - they've offered too much back in the voucher, (unlike Asda - a more reasonable amount that isn't worth abusing). Also, not got a robust system for issuing the vouchers - I could make a few suggestions on how to make it more robust, but don't want any spies watching! Would have thought it wouldn't take much thinking of, so maybe they'll go that route instead, but we won't get the quantities we get now for very long.

Enjoy, all you fellow criminals!!

made me laugh :rotfl:My wife says the same thing whilst eating her magnum and drinking her Wolf Blass.....

Its other people I can't persuade, yet I know if I said do you want to work for 1 hour and earn £20.00 they would all be yes yes yes me please...

I know - they are all too willing to benefit from the deals arent they! Corona (from last week not on DTD now) and deodorant and razors - I dont know! We had a bottle of Mateus every night for about 10 days!

This didn't work for me from yesterday. How weird.

have been buying them all week and they have always come back confirmed and still £3 on asda groceries.... weird indeed but hey its TESCO lol
  • I must say that surf small and mighty smells gorgeous, I can smell it everytime I go in the kitchen where the clothes are piled up :) much nicer than the supermarket own brands, the question is will I be able to go back to own brand when I run out?

    £12.00 £6.00 Dtd = 12.00 so Free

    Its on the S/S

I bought the SPF 6 and 100% works on that one

The person in front of me was buying 2 of these, and was querying it at the end as it wasn't coming up BOGOF. So the Supervisor came over, with the yellow SEL, and said she would just override them both to £6 so it was effectively BOGOF but both had still been put through the till. When she scanned it to cancel, they noticed it had actually scanned at £6 already anyway.

I wonder if this is Tesco being sneaky to try and catch us DTDs out, as people buying 2 wouldn't notice the difference as same over all, but makes all the difference to us.
