argh don't know what to do if my olive oil comes back n/a- which is obviously going to happen

because a piece of beef and a tin of salmon was on the same receipt :(

    TOTAL£14.68£6.551 x PRINCES RED SALMON 213G £ 3.98 £1.50 1 x T.BEEF TOP SIDE TOP RUMP SILVER SIDE JOINT MED (1.262 kg) £ 10.70 £5.05 1 x FILIPPO BERIO X/V O/OIL 1LT £ 6.48 N/A

so DTD of £16.26 on a £21 spend.... which i know isn't awful

should've been £23.22 so i deserve it for being a plonker and not adding up in the shop correctly!

They're in the 'Tinned' section in ours - same aisle as B/Beans, Tinned Veg etc.

BTW, just had vouchers in & got a little bit caught out - I bought some items off the reduced counter (on sell-by date) & they've compared the 'reduced' T price with the full A price, obviously working out cheaper - so reduced my DTD voucher by a couple of quid.
I'm not going to make an issue of it as have done very well out of this overall - but just a word of caution to buy them separately.

    !

same happened to me bought bread down from 1.40 to 14p so knocked a big slice off (didnt even want the bread but the lady in front had it so i thought weyhey another bargain better get some!)

  • Just come home from Tesco, my daughter is arranging a childrens fun day in 2 weeks time, so we went to stock on the Dairy Milk Treasures.. When we went to pay for them, they came to £2.00 each, when my daughter asked why was this as the sign stated 2 for £3, the till lady got CS to check, but it was for the others NOT the dairy milk ones....

I think it must be store specific. They prob saw me coming!
Anyway they are no longer price matched with Asda so not worth buying anymore.:(

Thought that would be the case, though it doesn't say anything about it on the website.
