:( I have a mortgage with birmingham midshire and the mortagage was taken out in April 2008 on a 3 year fixed rate interest only on a balance of £226,549 (£ 223200 amount borrowed + £3,349 arrangement fee added to mortgage). Your 3 year fix finishes this month ! so what does the mortgage revert to now ? SVR or some kind of tracker deal?
How are you going to pay off the mortgage?
If your mortgage payment drops then overpay every penny you can afford to get this debt down asap while rates are low
