It looks like you have got loads of good advice from everyone but I just wanted to say that I think its great that you are taking control of this and I really hope it works out for you.
I have been using the CCCS's service for the past 4 years and have always found them to be friendly, supportive and easy to deal with so if you haven't looked at that yet then I would urge you to do so, they really are good.My lightbulb moment was Sept 2005 when I had £55,000 of unsecured debt including interest, CCCS are brilliant and my loans were cleared in October 2012, 3 years early. Now a dedicated saver not spender (although trying not to be boring about it!!)0
