Hi,
I'm just wondering if anyone know what is the general position of the banks/lenders on international guarantors on a UK mortgage? I live in London and am looking into purchasing my first property but i would need a guarantor to help me secure a loan but the only family I have in the finacial position to do so all live in Australia. Does anyone know anything about this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
