Clubcard deals question

hiya!

I'm planning on buying some MFI vouchers with my tesco clubcard points. I'll be using them before April so there's no worries about them having to be used by then, but I don't know whether to hang onto them till their next sale- will they have one in January? And can the vouchers be used on sale goods? Also, if I buy £600 of mfi vouchers, but only use £400 of them, can they be swapped back to tesco clubcard points?

Hi,

Yes you can normally use these deals vouchers in the sale, and I believe you can send back unused tokens to be re-credited to your clubcard account.

Another tip is to pay a little of the amount on your credit card - to get some protection against losing money if MFI do go bust!

MFI always has a sale on ............... I've just received my £1,000 worth and hope that come the January sales it will be even better with more savings

Thanks guys, I'll transfer some over. I wasn't sure whether to get more than I needed and transfer them back, or not. Like the idea of putting some on my card for protection.

I'm just looking at tesco's website now for the deals, and my vouchers are worth £25.50 each, and I have a few. But what if I only wanted to use, say £10... so I put £10 in the box, and typed in the code for a £25 voucher.. will it let me do that, and just credit £15 to my clubcard account?

Hi,

Yes the "change" from your voucher is re-credited to your clubcard points and re-issued to you in the next mailing.

I am not positive, but if you wanted to spend some more before the mailing you may be able to do this by phoning clubcard.........

i see you have to spend 250 quid before you can use your vouchers,does that mean you have to actually spend 250 quid ,or they will let you buy something with the vouchers as long as the price is 250 quid or more?

You can use vouchers for any part or all of your spend. As long as it totals at least £250.
You can buy a table for £250 and only use vouchers if you want.
