iTunes account hacked

Options
My teenage daughter worked hard to buy a £25 iTunes card to buy some new music and apps for her ipad. She, like me was shocked to find that within days someone had hacked her account and downloaded music and apps leaving her with 30p. I encouraged her to stay legal at all times when downloading music but I know that this experience has done little to re-inforce the legal experience. Does she get redress? A quick search on-line suggests this hacking is a major issue for Apple.

You need to contact apple support with the reference numbers of the songs that were brought and they will refund your account. they will suspend the account and then you have to email them to re-activate it. I had someone from China buy an album and some apps. I suspect it maybe the same person. Apply deny that the problem is their end. They will refund the money took me about 48 hours to sort it out. Your daughter should change her password and always log out when finished buying the music. There have been a few people on here so it is an Apple problem, that they appear to be doing nothing about.
    Good Luck to everyone
