What happens at the end of an IPA?

Im finally coming up to the end of my 3 year IPA, what happens at the end?

Do Moonbeaver send you a letter to confirm its ended or do you just make the last payment and thats it?

I have a BRU for another 2 years i think, so not expecting anything from OR...

Any help or experiences would be appreciated!

Your |PA will end after the 36 months.

But your BRU will continue till its end date.

That doesn't really answer the question of whether the OP will receive any notification from the OR or Moonbeever.
When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN :D

Yeah that doesn't really answer the question, I know when it ends! I just want to know from any one that has finished an IPA / IPO as to whether Moonbeaver / OR write to you to confirm it's finished or is cancelling your standing order / stopping paymens is ok to do!

It would be nice to receive something saying u have finished!

Some one must have finished an IPA ????!!!!!

I'm still in the middle of my IPA so unfortunately don't know. OP could call moonbeever and find out.

Asked this question for you on another BR forum for you, the answer I received was that Moonbeever will send you a letter confirming they have received the last payment, hope this helps:)

What happens at the end of an IPA?

I would say, a spontaneous celebration may be on the cards?

Check out your local gift card shops for a ''Happy end-of-IPA'' card?
No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......

Just to give an update on this, i ended my standing order after what i thought was my last payment, i then got a polite and nicely worded letter from moonbeaver saying "We have notice that your last payment has not been made, we would be most grateful if this payment could be made so that your account can be brought up to date and closed". I sent them the money online and about a week later got another letter saying "We write to confirm that the terms of your IPA have now been completed in full and no further payments are due".
Im not sure if i would have received the final letter if i hadnt of defaulted on the last payment, I guess if you want confirmation then you can call/write them.

Oh and Alastairq, checked the local gift shops and they were all out of 'Happy end-of-IPA' cards, Moonpig me thinks!
