    Amanita -

Have you tried Tall Girls - keep meening to try them but they are more expensive that LTS on some things. They do go up yo a 38" leg.

Littlewoods group go up to a 35" on work type trousers; and some are very long and fit loinger leg but the quality is hit and miss.
I'm so boring, my clothes wanna keep someone else warm, someone cooler

I am only 5'4" and picked up a maxi dress the last time I was in Primark. It is very nice and looks much more expensive than it was (£17) BUT even with heels in drags on the floor.

It is going back later this week!

If you like it, couldn't you just shorten it?

Better too long than too short.

If you had seen my expertise with a needle and thread - well, it is not a pretty sight. Plus, the dress is lined and has tons of fabric. Far too difficult for me!

Ha ha. I'll take your word for it.

I only suggested it because Mrs G routinely alters skirts/dresses that she thinks are are too long or trousers that are too short.

Incidentally, she's around 5'6" and has several maxi dresses from Karen Millen. She likes to wear heels up to 6" and some of the dresses are long enough. Although she has two dresses in exactly the same size and style but different colours and one is two inches longer than the other. :undecided

Can recommend a look in primark too. I am a shortie and look longingly at their maxi dresses. They are well over 5'1" in length!
The best bargains are priceless!!!!!!!!!! :T :T :T
