2 quick questions!?!

Hi all

Just two quickies, if thats ok?

1.When offering F&F settlements, Ive noticed a few people on here mentioning that it will stay on your account for 6 years....is this 6 years from when you pay or 6 years from original default?

2. A few of my creditors have accepted F&F settlements after two-ing and fro-ing but one will not budge on 100%, Ive asked to re-consider and they still wont budge, any thoughts?

Thank you, as always :D:D:D
