Is it just mine that has a bit of a blurry screen?
there's no dead pixels, but a small horizontal line about halfway down the screen.
hooked it up to the slimline ps2 using the cables provided.
The picture is terrible, it's not playable.
To describe how the image is on mine....if you remember the first colour screen mobile phones which had a 256 colour palate.....just like that!
Is anyone elses screen really poor?
If it's supposed to be like this, then it's not even worth the £9 i paid.0 -
This does'nt sound right to me, Mine has no dead pixels,It's not like playing on the tv, you have to adjust the colour and brightness but I played a game on it with no problems, and there is no line half way down the screen. get onto choices, they seem to have good customer service.0

Hi All,
Picture quality seems pretty poor, but then what did we expect
Playable, but not much more.

If your not happy send it back..It doesn't matter if we paid 1p or £100 the item should be good quality..I am very happy with mine as it works with our slimline PS2....0

Having looked at mine, I don't think its new at all. The plastic where you would slide onto the PS2, but would not see it, is v.badly scratched.
Personally think they are refurbished. Not had a chance to test out the quality though yet, will wait and see.0 -
Well, these things are very cheaply made, hence the price! I've opened mine up (it's one of the silver 5.8" ones, yippee) and it's probably the worst assembled item I've ever seen, a real bodge job in every respect! I'd expect poor quality control is the reason for the non-working example higher up the thread and the scratches on highguyuk's.
For the price though, absolutely cracking item, though mine's never going to go near a PS2. Definitely the ideal christmas gift for your favourite electronics geek!0 -
I sent my back 2 weeks ago and was told I'd get a replacement just rang and been told no replacement as they have none left. I will not be using them again as the customer service is appauling promising something and then not delivering not my type of website.0
