Hi all,
I'm after some advice please,
I'm looking at changing my mortgage lander, at present i owe £66841 but am paying a whopping 6.58% because my 3 year fixed has expired. I have 21yrs 7 months remaining but can't really afford to pay any arrangement fees, can anyone find me the best deal?
many thanks in advance

Have you talked to your current lender about another deal?0

See what your current lender can offer first.
However there are totally fee free deals out there that will be a lot cheaper than 6.58%

sometimes the fees can be added - but usually lenders have fee options and no fee options0

Hi There,
Once you have checked what your current lender will offer you ask a whole of market broker to investigate the rest of the offerings on the market. Some remortgages are either completely fee's free, or there are some where you add the arrangement fee to the loan, you get a free valuation and free legal fee;s. these would probably be a good option for you - do you want to fix your mortgage again? If so, just to make you aware there have been two base rate increases in recent months and there is speculation there will be another one next week - this has an affect on the mortgage products offered by lenders and sometimes they will respond quite quickly, withdrawing fixed rates and replacing with more expensive products. Act now.

Hi my current mortgage lender has offered me a deal of 5.69% with an arrangement fee of £295, does this sound good? Is there anything better on the market at present?0
