No response from some creditors for payment plan

I had previously posted as I was relieved that I was dealing with my debt but now I am not quite sure what to do - I have sent letters to my creditors with a payment plan, my circumstances have changed quite severely for the worse but this should only be a short term (8 month max) situation and I would hope to be able to pay back at my usual rates by the end of this year due to circumstances changing again for the better. I put all of this into a letter sent to my creditors with my budget etc. Two ok'd the payments. The other three have not responded to my correspondence and are now just charging me constantly which is starting to worry me. I thought I had explained this was only a short term problem and I had hoped that they would be understanding. Are there any suggestions how to deal with this? I wonder if I should get the CCCS to deal direct with all the creditors even though this is a short term problem? All advice most greatly appreciated.

There are some follow up template letters on the National Debtline website for when creditors do not respond or do not agree to payments, freezing interest etc.

Some creditors are however just not interested in helping you, no matte how many letters you write.
