Need some help with a couple of question?

Hello,

I have just moved onto income based Jobseekers allowance and i have been sent out some forms about my Mortgage and Payment protection.

I bought my parents home and the only part i have played through the years was paying the motgage and payment protection, my parents delt with all the paperwork.

They are getting on a bit now so i will need to go through all the paperwork myself, there is a couple of questions on the forms that i need to fill in......maybe someone can help me with?

Q -Do you have a building insurance policy - A -Yes

Q - How much is your premium?.......I am not sure what to put in here.

2.
Q - Repayment mortgage or home loan. How much interest and capital do you pay each month?

Interest - £
Capital - £

Is this the full monthly payment that gets paid each month?

Can i ask someone also.....my mortgage is covered by PP and it has been getting paid for the past few months, i still pay the morgage protection policy premium each month off my jobseekers money.......i thought this would have stopped when the PP started?

Q1 how much are you paying out on the buildings and contents insurance each year? please dont tell me its through the lender ! ( you will be paying too much) So you need to ring the lender IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE!
The mortgage payment is the capital and the interest which is being paid by your PP insurance at the MOMENT ! ( how long will it pay out for ? ) then the nice benefits people will only pay the interest part of the mortgage after 9 months ot of work.
You need to ring the PP people and ask why are you still taking the payments while I am claiming ( they may require you to pay the premium.
If you take out car insurance and pay the premium in instalments and you then have a crash and wreck the car you still have to pay all the payments!!! even though the car insurance people are going to pay out to you.
