Iam wondered if anyone can give me some advice on tax repayment,i submited my 2009/2010 tax return in april 2010 and still have not recieved my rebate due.Hmrc kept on saying it had gone to security checks and then last week they said they are doing a tax inspection.Dose anyone know how long they can keep my money for seeing as if i had not got my tax return in by know they would have fined me !!!!!!! that money could have been sitting in a isa account (£3500.00 rebate)

~They are the HMRC, they can keep your money for as long as the inspection takes, you just have to wait, and wait, and waitmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
