i got that too but they've still taken the money out of my paypal account

  • They have no right taking the money if they've cancelled. In fact, I don't think it's right they cancelled at all, it's not a customer problem if they can't keep the website in check.

I'll have to check my account to see if they've charged me.

Would they not have to honour it under the sale of goods act as the price it was ordered and confirmed at? I know they could probably lie and say no more stock but if they've sent an email admitting the error??? I might email to have a moan about it

I was under the impression that if the money was taken from your account they had agreed to the contract of your money for their goods. I can't be bothered to cause too much of an issue about it, had buyer's guilt immediately afterwards but that's not the point.

The watch is now on their site at £14.99 so they definitely have stock. Can anyone clarify if this should have been honoured as the money has left my account?

this is what i think they will do but I thought sending an email questioning it was worth a try. I had to pretend in it like I didnt know everyone on here had been given emails saying it was an error. :-) will see what they say
