Tesco Clubcard Deals vouchers valid at MFI

I see from my voucher mailing that arrived this morning that you can spend Clubcard vouchers at MFI in future. So £150 worth of vouchers will buy £600 of MFI furniture.

The only possible problem is that they "cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, scheme or promotion" - since just about everything in MFI is on more or less perpetual special offer of some sort or another does this present a snag?

I was wondering about this too. I wonder if you can use the vouchers to buy things that are in the Sale? I've seen a nice bedroom set (small wardrobe, chest of draws and small bedside draws) for £160.00 (has £500.00 off).

Was also wondering about this. Have £500 balance to pay and could get £200 in MFI vouchers with the current tesco vouchers I have. I did buy the kitchen as part of the half price + VAT free promotion, so will ask in store and get it in writing if they say yes and will order the deal tokens. Im also thinking with the constant offers, there has to be a point where you can actually be allowed to spend them! I think its a Tesco condition rather than an MFI one, as they wont mind cos they would get the money either way surely? Infact, it would be more beneficial to MFI since they would be getting a lot more custom than they perhaps would have otherwise.

Probably only a matter of time before more stores sign up to these 'deals'

Hopefully I can clear this one up for you all:

We've just bought a pair of leather sofas (1 large, 1 small) for £596 using £500 worth of deals tokens. The sofas were £1700, sale price £745 with a further 20% off (current promotion). I had to lay down £100 cash as a deposit as we haven't got the deals tokens to hand yet (sent off for them yesterday) but looking at the T&C you've got 6 months to pay the rest of the balance after paying your deposit - so yes you can use your vouchers on sale items (+ get an excelent deal!!)

Now my turn to ask a question - does anyone here know how often MFI have a sale and if they're always this good as we're hoping to move into a new house soon and I've got over £200 worth of clubcard vouchers on their way to me so this would be a great way of filling the house really cheap!!
