Every job I apply for on their website I get a rejection email from, even though most of the jobs I see I could easily do.

    Maybe the hiring company deem you over (or under) qualified. Just because you think you can do do the job, doesn't mean you can.

    On the other hand, they could just be collecting peoples data from registrations lol

    When my husband was recently made redundant, he signed on with a few agencies ... and didn't have much good to say about Michael Page (didn't ring back, didn't do things when they said they would, got basic details wrong etc.). It is a good idea to register with them in person though, as they get to know you, rather than just through the website applications.

    As someone who uses Agencies for recritment, I agree that MP are a bit different. When they recruit they go to the exact detail of the Job Spec, if you do not have exactly what it says you will not get a look in.

    My suggestion, call them and make an appointment with a recruiter, they charge very high rates from employers, so they need to do a very high standard of job.
