Anyone had delivery problems with on-line Pharmacy's

Could people let me know if a wait of 3 weeks for a delivery of hay-fever tablets is normal practice from Pharmacy first? I have sent them two-emails but i have had no response, also if they have a poor customer satisfaction rating then why is MoneySavingExpert having anything to do with this company?:mad:

I usually order from Chemist4u, but on this occasion Pharmacy First were slightly cheaper for my hayfever stuff.

Ordered last month, and it did take I think around the 3 week mark to arrive. Which I felt was a very long time, but thankfully I wasn't in a rush as I already had some stock.

But yes, sounds like it's normal

I've just ordered Piriton from chemiists4u and it was here in 2 days, pharmacy first took about a week a little while ago:)

Thank you so much for offering some hope that pharmacy first may still honour its delivery, however i do agree 3 weeks is rather a long time to wait for medicine and i will try another on-line Pharmacy to compare the two before i give up and go back to buying hay-fever tablets from the supermarkets again.

I ordered from pharmacy first about 2 weeks ago, and received my order about a week later.

3 weeks seems way too long. I would try calling them to chase it up

I ordered from Pharmacy First a couple of months ago and received within a week. I did email asking about exp dates (as I want to order 9 packs) before ordering but no reply. I called and they said they do not have problems receiveing emails but somehow I never get reply email. Better to call. The CSR was very nice. Sadly, the price has been increased. Better to order from Chemist4U now (free P&P).
