Same problem as post #4 in Wesker's link:
Ordered a DVD boxset, Foxy said it was out of stock, would refund within 2 days... a week later, no refund. Contacted them, and they said they'd sent it out.
Had already ordered from another site, so ended up with two of the same and was too late to return the Foxy one (plus couldn't guarantee that they'd actually refund the card!)... so sold it on Amazon... luckily didn't make a loss.
Wouldn't use them again though.0 -
Have used, slowish delivery , took about 2 weeks to deliver although in stock when ordered.
Only use them again if significantly cheaper than elsewhere as you don't mind as much waiting for true bargains.
I think you'd be better off with Play/HMV/Amazon
