Cabot/Egg DMP review

Hello everyone,
I've had one of these e-mails from Cabot asking for a review. They've asked me to phone them but I'd really rather not deal with them by phone so what is the best way to go about it, ask Payplan to send them a new SOA?
Also, they've said this -
The most important thing for you to do now is to get in touch with us, as we may be able to offer you a special discount on your account.
Does this look like they might be open to an offer? I understand Egg card accounts are going to be taken over by Barclays in a few months' time.
Many thanks in advance, YP x

As you are with payplan it would be worth going through them. You need to remember that a DMP is an informal arrangement, you can't be seen to favour one of your creditors over another or it could all fall through.
