Reduced soltan sun lotion at boots 50p a bottle old lines & on BOGOF

went into my local Boots ( Bletchly MK) and was told by SA they had new lines in for Soltan Sun Lotion and had to sell off there old stock of sun lotion from Factor 6 right up to Factor 50 for 50p a bottle BUT best of all it was on BOGOF so 25p a bottle. Must say did get quite alot of it for future hols and this lovely UK weather we are having
maybe store specific so please dont shoot messenger

sun lotion shouldnt be kept for >year, as it can half in efficency. Not sure if it is kept boxed (so no sunlight exposure) or opened, but if youre sensitive, be aware

None in Taunton. All marked at full price today. But was BOGOf.

Ruby miller still full price too. No bargains or interesting clearance 4 me today! :-(

Full price at Branksome, Poole tonight. All looked like was in new packaging aswell. A lot of Soltan was reduced in Poole town centre store at the end of season last year, so maybe some stores have no old packaging stock anyway.

No half price Ruby and Millie either though think they only do the accessories in that store and its still full price. And no clearance duracell batteries from other thread.

Thanks for posting OP, I didn't make a special trip as was passing that way.

yes it is normal price , but there old stock was 50p , so like i said it was store spesfic depending on if they had old stock , it would of been on a reduced aisle not in there main aisle
and sun lotion does not have a date onit, once opened it has a life of 12 months ,

I think people are just trying to help others out with the stores that aren't selling it off to save them a trip. We all know Boots is very hit and miss on their good clearance deals. My local hasn't changed or added to their clearance for weeks!!

Glad u got a bargain tho. :-)

I'm off to Bletchley on Monday, was this at the retail park or in the town centre? Probs wont be any left but worth a look Thanks x

It was the town centre on the back wall next to pharmacy dispatch bit, bet there be none left, as i popped in yesterday and they had a few little kids packs left

Hi nikkit,
Have never been sure whether its 12 months total or from opening, thanks for info. Have always chanced buying sun lotion end of season when reduced for the next year and have never had a problem yet. Had to find out last years bargains other day, not as good a price as you got though!

Hope more of you have luck in your stores for this one.

Thanks for the heads up. Went to the Bletchley store and got 4 bottles of factor 15 sun spray for 50p each. They werent on BOGOF though as they are the boots essentials range rather than soltan! Good deal though

Also got 2 mini factor 25 bottles and they were soltan so were on BOGOF Thank you.
