Confused about tax

Hi, I'm new to the forum and would be grateful of any help given. The problem is, i have two jobs, in one job I am on tax code647L and in the other job I get taxed 20% which I think is BR?
I know for a fact I haven't earned the full6475 in my first job, so I'm wondering would I be due a tax rebate and how would I go about getting one?

If you have earned below the limit for the tax year 6/4/10 to 5/4/11 you will need to send your P60's asking for any tax paid to be refunded to you. You should receive a P60 for each employment.

So I should receive some money back then? I should be getting them from both employers soon the ?

I would also advise getting in touch with HMRC as you can have your tax code split between more than one job, so you get taxed more accurately in the first place (took me a little while to work that one out).
