Best Paid Article Writing Site?

I'm looking to start writing articles online for an extra bit of cash, so I joined WikiNut. After looking around though some people have said they pay really bad. The only sites like this that I've heard of, are WikiNut and eHow, does anyone else know any others? Or does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing as I am completely new.

Thanks in advance :)

I know of one site that pays you for writing articles and they are called Vivatic. I only use this site for surveys though which they pay £1 per survey completed. Most surveys take around 10 minutes to complete. I think you have to take a writing test before they will take you on for writing articles but they are worth a look.
    Good luck.:easter:

Ezinearticles and squidoo both pay, and are both used by potpiegirl as an income generator.
Ezine looks really 'low-rent', loads of adverts and no way to insert photos.
Squidoo on the other hand, looks more professional and allows photos, multiple boxes and guest books. Know idea how much you can make, but the more you write, they higher your potential income.

  • I haven't heard for ezine thanks for the info patman. Why not try Bukisa and Triond? Two of my friends are writers on that who are earning for their submitted articles. I did registered but haven't submit my articles yet... :D All the Best! ;)

With any luck this will turn into a similarly useful thread to the 'selling my photos' one.
Wonder if it possible to get a 'sticky' at the top with a list of all the sites that get mentioned and their 'star' rating depending on user feedback.

This is a list of all the various sites which pay you for your articles.
Each site will be star-rated depending on how easy (in users experience) it is to earn cash.
Just click on the site name to visit.

i could write quite abit about a holiday destination? wheres the best place? Will it have already been done to death?
    :footie:
  • I wrote a handful of articles for Triond about 2 years ago, then gave up. However, every month I earn about $1. So if I'd kept it up, writing an article a day, I'd probably have a slightly better residual income trickling on. What they do is add in advertising links to what you're talking about, so when I did a comic review of a paper briquette maker for fires, it did really well.
