If you defrost a pkt of cauli, cook & make cauli cheese and make too much --what can you do with what's left ? can you re-freeze it ?

yes you can because its been cooked - you just cant refreeze 'raw' veggies safely
& is there such thing as 'too much' cauli cheese?!

I THINK is a whole sentence, not a replacement for I Know
