Partner maybe moving in.

Hi All,
I posted a while back about what happens if my girlfriend moves in with my IPA.
To recap, I was made bankrupt in November 2009 and an IPA started in January 2010. I was discharged early (yippee!) in April 2010. I informed my OR about annual pay rises but no change was made to my IPA. I have managed to keep my head above water with my current IPA in place but realise this is going to change when she moves in. She has been through a very messy divorce and has had to put solicitor bills onto her credit card which she is hoping to pay off when her house is sold. She has a court order saying house has to be sold but her ex is making it difficult to sell. She therfore cannot afford to contribute half to the outgoings if she moves in. She will be better off than where she is living now if she is allowed to contribute £500 per month.
Below is a list of the outgoings if she moves in along with what she could afford to contribute.
Could you helpful people look at this and see if you think it would be acceptable to the OR and let me know if anything has been left off or under/over estimated?

INCOME 1775

OUTGOINGS PARTNERS CONTRIBUTION
RENT 595 200
GAS 60 15
ELECTRIC 60 15
WATER 49 10
COUNCIL TAX 115 30
TELEPHONE INC MOB 50 0
CLOTHING 80 40
HOUSEKEEPING 360 150
CAR TAX 10 0
PETROL 60 0
CAR MAINTENANCE 30 0
TV 13 0
CHILD MAINTENANCE 240 0
PROF MEMBERSHIP 2 0
HOLIDAYS 40 20
CONTENTS INS 20 0
PET FOOD/INS 40 20
DENTAL/HEALTH 5 0
MOONBEEVER 70 0
EMERGENCIES 25 0

TOTAL 1924 500

INCOME + CONTRIBUTION 2275
OUTGOINGS 1924
DISPOSABLE INCOME 351

If I continue paying the same percentage of my disposable income (65%) would that mean my new IPA would be around the £230 mark?

Hope someone can advise.

Thanks in advance,
Dave.

no one can second guess what the OR will say...all you can do is provide the revised SOA and keep everything crossed. my partner didn't pay 50/50 because he was at college though, and the OR didn't bat an eyelid. they're just looking to make sure your partner contributes as much to the household bills as possible. if you turned round and said £0 then they wouldn't class that as reasonable

    good luck
