Having a bit of a nightmare with my order.

Parcel arrived yesterday with my details on the shipping label but inside it was another customers order. Rang them yesterday (waited 15mins on hold) and all they said was for me to return the parcel, which means I have to make a special journey to the post office, which I am not happy about.

Was told that they would give me a 15% discount off next order (yeah like Im going to order again!).

I told them that this wasnt really good enough as they expect me to go to the trouble of returning the parcel. I told them that they should arrange for the parcel to be picked up and refund my original p & p for my order as well.

My order will need refunding and then reordering again!!!

The goods in the parcel I received were over double in value to my order. maybe I should keep them!!!!! and sell them on ebay, lol.

Still waiting for another response from customer services.
